Method
Mix together the yeast, sugar and water. Set aside to allow the yeast to ‘activate’.
Gently mix together gluten free flour mix, baking powder, xanthan gum and sea salt.
With an electric mixer, on its lowest setting, mix the egg and oil into the yeast mixture.
Gently add half the flour mixture and combine and then add the other half of the flour, but mix this in with a wooden spoon.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray or pizza tray.
Allow pizza dough to rise in a warm place for 10 min's.
Add sauce and toppings and bake for 25-30 minutes.
